Request account reactivation

Use this when you already had a Timecard Control account and your sign-in now says the account is inactive.

This form sends a request for admin review. It does not immediately turn the account back on.

For security, inactive accounts are reactivated only after review. Enter your employee ID and the work or personal email saved on your account. If the details match an inactive account, your request is sent to the Reactivation Requests queue so an admin can confirm you should regain access.
